Mince Shitake Pasta

Ingredients:

Pasta
Fresh Shitake 5-6 heads sliced long
300-400gram mince
1 onion diced
pinch nutmeg
pinch 5 spice
pinch black paper
pinch salt
Olive Oil
1 garlic clove diced
Okura sliced
3 cubes of chicken stock and 1.5 cups of boiling water

How to:

In a large skillet slowly cook onion until transparent, add mince until cooked. Add okura, add all spices and garlic and then add chicken stock. Simmer for 90mins, check semiregularly that the stock has not evaporated.

When ready combine with pasta, enjoy!
