Food Shopping in Tokyo

Ok so im from Australia the land of plenty I guess. There is lots of land for farming, but recently the farms have been struggling due to lack of rain. So perhaps the following prices are an indication of things to come for Australia if the global environment does not improve.

To give an indication of prices I went to a Japanese Super Market Chain that should have competitive prices. Ito Yokado is located at an outer suburb of central Tokyo seen at left.
